Sherry M. Carty, Ph.D. established Inside Patent Management
to provide companies with intellectual property management from inside their companies. While companies need inside
patent management, they may not need a full-time employee.
Inside Patent Management was formed to fulfill this
need.

With 5 years in the patent field, Dr. Carty brings a varied set of patent experiences to
your company. Dr. Carty is registered to practice in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Registration
# 51,534). Prior to forming a practice focused on inside patent management, Dr. Carty gained valuable experience
at one of the largest patent firms in the United States.
A biotechnology expert, Dr. Carty received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Duke University,
and her B.S. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech. Her graduate and post-doctoral research is well-published, and she
received NIH and private funding for her research.
In addition to working with biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, Dr. Carty also provides
patent services to Electronic Technology clients - one of which is a Fortune 500 company. |
